We manufacture professional cleaning systems—auto scrubbers, vacuums, burnishers, extractors, sweepers, and floor machines—for commercial and industrial use. Join us in Pingree Grove, IL as an Industrial Cleaning Equipment Assembly Specialist.

- Pay range: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm, occasional overtime
- Attendance Bonus Available: Earn $1,000–$3,000; first payout after one month of perfect attendance, with additional monthly payments thereafter
- Assemble subassemblies and full units from documentation, prints, and BOMs.
- Visually and dimensionally check parts; stop and flag nonconforming components.
- Perform in-process tests to verify performance and quality.
- Pitch in with the Line Foreman and support teammates to hit goals.
- Complete all production paperwork: material move tickets, inspection data, in-process/reject tags, rework orders, and corrective actions.
- Use the company’s computer system to print material move tickets and handle related tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Comfort reading and interpreting electrical schematics
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Experience building or assembling machinery
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Repair and maintenance capabilities
- Proven mechanical assembly skills
- Equipment repair and preventive maintenance
- Experience installing equipment
- Location: Pingree Grove, IL
- Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm (occasional OT)
