The Project Superintendent collaborates closely with the project management team to craft and execute a comprehensive plan for project completion. Responsibilities span: Identifying lead times, potential challenges, and safety considerations, Ensuring compliance with jobsite protocols and safety standards, and Coordinating effectively with stakeholders such as owners, architects, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors. Requirements: Based in Southern California. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction with a general contractor. A keen eye for quality. Stellar safety record. We offer a generous salary package including base salary, bonus, auto allowance, and fuel reimbursement. The salary range for this position, depending on experience, is $93,500 to $165,000.
