Job Summary:

The Production Manager at PJ Fitzpatrick will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will require effective collaboration with various departments including sales, logistics, and customer service to facilitate smooth operations. The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of production staff, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing best practices throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all production activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production processes.
• Monitor production metrics and adjust processes as necessary to improve efficiency.
• Lead and develop production team members through training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with customer expectations.
• Address and resolve any production-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee the procurement of necessary materials.

Compensation for a Production Manager : $90,000 Salary plus the potential of a monthly bonus

Schedule for a production manager: Monday-Friday Hours may vary

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in production management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Construction experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varying tasks.
