How you'll contribute A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who excels in this role: * As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure smooth coordination of care and excellent service. * Stay organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities and maintaining documentation. * Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude in upholding hospital standards and contributing to a positive team culture. What we're looking for Applicants should have a current Virginia LPN license. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
