CT Team is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Brand Representative to help represent our clients through promotional marketing, customer engagement, and face-to-face, outside sales.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating with customers, and learning how to represent products and services effectively. You'll work directly with customers throughout the greater Hartford area, helping introduce promotional offers, answer questions, and create positive brand experiences.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Represent client brands through in-person promotional marketing campaigns.
• Introduce products and services to potential customers.
• Explain promotional offers and answer customer questions.
• Build positive relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions.
• Support customer acquisition and sales initiatives.
• Work with team members to meet campaign goals and performance expectations.
• Participate in training to strengthen product knowledge, communication, and sales skills.

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus. Candidates transitioning into their first professional role are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Projected earnings: $600–$1,200 per week.
• Guaranteed training pay: During the first month, you will receive $600 per week or earned commission, whichever amount is higher.
• Employer-sponsored benefits: Not currently offered.

Actual earnings may vary based on individual sales performance.
