General Manager - Fast Casual Restaurant

We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant, oversee daily operations, and create an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong team builder with solid operational and financial leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, including assistant managers
Foster a positive, stable work environment that supports retention
Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
Manage budgets, cost controls, and overall P&L performance
Make informed decisions that align with business goals
Delegate effectively and coach team members for growth
Maintain strong communication and professional feedback practices
Demonstrate emotional intelligence and composure under pressure

Qualifications

5+ years of restaurant management experience with financial accountability
Strong leadership and team-development abilities
Solid understanding of operations, service standards, and cost management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible schedule, including weekends

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a typical restaurant environment.
