Store Merchandise Manager

Job Summary Salary Range $67,832 - $84,790* The Manager, Merchandise Operations leads all aspects of merchandise operations within the store, ensuring the seamless flow of product from receipt to floor while driving operational excellence across processing, merchandising, fulfillment, and back-of-house organization. Responsibilities People Development: Develop and train the Merchandise Operations team; manage a diverse team; plan and strategize resources to meet deadlines; oversee support functions. Merchandise Operations: Achieve operational KPIs: ensure receipt processing aligns with door-to-floor principles; keep new receipts on floor before opening; merchandise new receipts to visual standard; manage outbound processing (RTVs/Transfers); execute price changes and event set-up; maintain back-of-house organization; oversee fulfillment scheduling and dashboard maintenance. Administrative: Maintain inventory accuracy via regular oversight of exception reports; maintain work schedules for the Merchandise Operations Team. Qualifications 3-5 years supervisory experience in a retail environment in visual or merchandising capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other store technology. Ability to lift 25 lbs or more, move rolling equipment, and climb safety ladders up to 6 ft. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
