Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Boca Raton, FL Full-Time | Part-Time Opportunities Available Competitive Compensation Package The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The PTA will work closely with Physical Therapists to provide high-quality therapy services that help residents improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated rehabilitation professional who is passionate about resident-centered care and teamwork. Responsibilities Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to residents Monitor resident progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Accurately document treatments and resident responses in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines Assist residents with gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and strengthening exercises Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals and outcomes Educate residents and families regarding therapy programs and exercises as directed Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and procedures Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Strong organizational and documentation abilities Benefits Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Why Join Our Team?
