We are hiring our first Sales Manager to run our loan officer Performance System every day. You will lead a team of producing loan officers at every level, from people in their first year to seasoned top producers. You hold the standard, coach each person differently, and help them structure deals when they get stuck.

You will not carry your own pipeline. Your production is the team's production.

How we hire: short application questions, a phone screen, a values interview, and a working session where you coach a mock pod and use our AI tools on a sample scenario. We check references, including loan officers you have led.

Responsibilities:

• Run the Performance System: daily standups, pods, scorecards, and minimum activity standards. Follow up every time.

• Coach loan officers up the levels. A new LO needs structure and reps. A top producer needs a straight answer and room to run.

• Hold one-on-ones, name a missed standard the same day, and agree on the next step and date.

• Help loan officers structure files and work through scenarios using our AI tools and lender guidelines, and confirm lender rules with account executives.

• Lead AI adoption on the team: use our AI assistants daily, teach loan officers to use them well, and flag gaps to the tech team.

• Lead pod leaders and report team results to the leadership team each week.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years leading or coaching mortgage loan officers, with results you can describe in numbers (team size, funded units or volume, people you moved up).

• An active individual NMLS license by your start date, because this role helps structure loan files.

• You still sell. You can sell a daily standup to a skeptical top producer as easily as you sell a loan to a borrower.

• You use AI tools every week and check their answers before you trust them.

• Direct and warm. You say the hard thing early, in private first, and the loan officer still knows you want them to win.

• Comfortable with Arive, GoHighLevel, and scorecard tools, or quick to learn new systems.
