Assistant Store Manager

O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom; Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback on goal achievement, coaching/mentoring team members, and ensuring training; Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and interviewing, evaluating candidates; Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner
