Marketing Manager – Lead Generation & Digital Strategy Allstar Services | Posted Mar 13 Full-time | North Dakota Fargo, ND (In Office) $60,000 - $70,000 Base + Performance Bonuses (OTE $100K+) Overview Allstar Construction is hiring a Marketing Manager to own and drive lead generation for our Fargo and Park Rapids markets. This high-impact role manages the full marketing engine – digital marketing, local SEO, paid media, analytics, and demand generation – and directly influences revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Drive qualified lead generation and appointment volume. Manage and optimize local SEO and Google Business visibility. Coordinate and improve paid media campaigns (Google & Meta). Monitor conversion rates, cost per lead, and marketing ROI. Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing drives real revenue results. Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign performance. Manage outside vendors or marketing partners when needed. Report on marketing performance and KPIs. Qualifications 3–7+ years of marketing experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing. Experience managing SEO, paid media, or digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking. Ability to operate independently and own results. Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment. Preferred Experience Experience in home services, roofing, remodeling, construction, or local service businesses. Experience managing Google Business profiles and local SEO. Experience improving conversion rates and marketing ROI. Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000. Performance bonuses tied to marketing results can bring total compensation to $100,000+.
