Warehouse & Distribution Associate
Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse & Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Burlington, WA
Pay Range: $19 p.h
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 5-8's schedule
What's the Job?
- Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments accurately
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Store and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Prepare domestic and international shipping documents for various shipment types
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely
What's Needed?
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, or similar equipment
- Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and scanning technology (ERP, WMS, UPS/FedEx, TMS)
- Strong attention to safety regulations and procedures
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives
