Title: Workday Business Analyst *Local to MA Description: Responsibilities: 1)Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support Workday Financials implementation and its integration with existing HR processes. 2)Assess and communicate impacts of new financial functionality on current Workday HR modules. 3)Facilitate workshops and discussions between HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment. 4)Coordinate and support testing activities (SIT, UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking. 5)Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to system integration. 6)Document process changes, integration impacts, and communicate updates to business stakeholders.
