Join our team as a Field Services Technician and take ownership of your territory while delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.
- Service, troubleshoot, install, and repair advanced office equipment, including multifunction devices.
- Manage inventory, customer relationships, and territory operations.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to fellow technicians.
- Partner with sales teams to identify upgrade and revenue opportunities.
- Work independently while solving complex technical challenges.
- 1+ years of related field service experience.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Customer-focused, organized, and self-motivated professional.
- Field-based role with territory responsibility.
