You’ll work alongside our culinary team in a professional, hospitality-focused environment, helping keep dishes, equipment and kitchen work areas clean, sanitized and ready for service. We’re looking for experienced candidates who understand the pace, teamwork and high standards of a quality hotel, resort or high volume restaurant kitchen and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, cleaning equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining appliances Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards Assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment Assist with stocking following food deliveries Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction The certification says Great Place to Work®.
