Family Services Care Coordinator (MSW/LMHC)

Homes for the Homeless is seeking a Client Care Coordinator in Staten Island to deliver mental health services to homeless families. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, coordinate social services, and collaborate with case management to help families achieve long-term goals. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and a NY LMSW/LMHC license. Experience with trauma-informed care and knowledge of homelessness-related challenges are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Homes-For-the-Homeless
