They focus on treatments that reduce the need for surgery and prescription drugs. A physical therapist uses a combination of exercises, stretches, hands‑on techniques, and equipment to restore function or relieve pain. Weekly amount stated in the job postings is scaled based on estimated hourly wages and potential stipends available for the location of the assignment. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing in Physical Therapist. Virginia State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.
