Team Manager - Design District

Summary Lead and develop a dedicated store team in the Miami Design District to drive commercial performance and deliver exceptional client experiences. Own strategy and results for a designated product category while partnering with store leadership and cross-functional teams. Act as a hands‑on leader, coaching and empowering the team to meet sales goals and uphold operational and visual standards. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing retail team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning. Drive client experience and relationship management, ensuring elevated and personalized service across the team. Manage a designated product category, develop action plans to boost business, and provide feedback to merchandising. Set clear goals, monitor performance, analyze sales and client feedback, and implement solutions to exceed targets. Collaborate with Operations and Merchandising to ensure operational excellence and maintain visual and brand standards. Requirements Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with a track record of developing teams and achieving sales results. Strong coaching, talent development, and succession planning skills. Strategic, results‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and implement action plans. Excellent client relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills.
