The Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges seeks a dynamic Director of Development to cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts, driving annual campaigns, capital projects, and endowment priorities. You will lead as the primary development partner for assigned branches, collaborating with Executive Directors and volunteers to define priorities and execute fundraising strategies.
