Our team of public health professionals and clinical experts is uniquely equipped to manage state contracts.We are currently seeking Fully and Provisionally Licensed Clinicians. This role provides home-based/community-based mental health services to youth and families, emphasizing high-quality clinical care, strong engagement, and strong documentation. This is a contractor position based in Bibb County, Georgia.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide behavioral health services in clients’ homes/community settingsEngage families/caregivers to support participation and outcomesComplete accurate, timely clinical documentationMaintain strong communication and responsiveness with the teamMinimum Qualifications (Required)Fully Licensed: LPC, LCSW, LMFTProvisional/Associate licensure track aligned with: APC, AMFT, or LMSWExperience working with adolescents and familiesAbility to work in-home/community-based environmentsReliable transportation (home visits required)Strong communication + documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsFully Licensed: Strong clinical experience with youth (middle/high school age) and ability to manage higher acuity casesProvisional: Behavioral health, DFCS, or school-based experienceSpanish Speaking/Bi-Lingual is a plusScheduling / AvailabilityComfortable with flexible scheduling (afternoons/evenings; weekends when necessaryWork Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
