What You'll Accomplish With Us Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, professional support to dealerships and service personnel. Schedule services and create work orders to ensure dealership needs are met effectively and on time. Deliver a premier dealership service experience both in person and over the phone. Monitor dealership service activities and ensure services are completed according to requirements. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling and storage of required documentation. Act as the liaison between dealerships and service personnel, communicating special requests and service needs. Support business growth by identifying potential sales opportunities and new leads. Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, dealership operations, or administrative support is considered an asset.
