The Application Support Lead oversees the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the RightAngle and Zema platforms. The role leads Level 2 and Level 3 support operations, manages incident and problem resolution, and coordinates with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to ensure reliable support for energy trading, risk management, and market data management applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Level 2 and Level 3 application support teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
Manage incident and problem resolution to minimize disruptions to business-critical operations.
Drive system reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across the RightAngle and Zema platforms.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to resolve technical issues and maintain operational continuity.
Ensure optimal performance of applications supporting energy trading, risk management, and market data management.

Required Qualifications

Experience in enterprise application support, maintenance, and operations.
Experience leading Level 2 and Level 3 application support teams.
Strong understanding of incident management, problem resolution, and system reliability.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
Experience supporting business-critical applications.

Nice to Have

Experience with RightAngle and Zema platforms.
Experience supporting energy trading, risk management, or market data management applications.
Experience driving application performance improvements and operational reliability.
