Salary: $84,000 - 124,000 per year Requirements:

• We gather and compile data from multiple sources, including program activity records and financial documentation.
• We maintain and refresh databases to keep information accurate and easy to access.
• We help create regular and ad hoc reports and SOPs for internal and external stakeholders, including funders, board members, and regulatory agencies.
• We ensure reports meet nonprofit reporting standards and donor expectations.
• We perform basic data analysis to support program evaluation and impact assessment.
• We identify trends and insights in data to guide strategic decisions.
• We work with program managers and other staff to collect the information needed for reporting.
• We communicate with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and resolve discrepancies.
• We provide staff training when needed.
• We maintain detailed records of data sources, methods, and reporting workflows.
• We ensure compliance with applicable regulations and reporting guidelines.

We report to the Accounting and Grants Manager. We are a nonprofit organization seeking a Nonprofit Reporting Assistant to support our reporting needs by gathering data, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate, timely information sharing. This salaried, full-time role typically works 40 hours per week in an office setting using standard office equipment, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed.
