School Nurse (Part‑time) Saint Bridget Catholic School in Richmond, VA, is seeking a part‑time School Nurse for the 2026-27 school year. Responsibilities Provide basic medical care and first aid. Manage student health records. Administer medications in accordance with school policy and state regulations. Develop and monitor individual health care plans. Communicate with parents, faculty, and health care providers. Support health education initiatives. Ensure compliance with diocesan and state health requirements. Respond to medical emergencies and contribute to a safe and healthy school environment. Qualifications All permanent medical professional personnel employed at Saint Bridget School must hold a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia and meet all applicable state and diocesan requirements for school nursing. Successful candidates will also possess a strong commitment to Catholic education, superior communication skills (both written and spoken), superior interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, flexibility, and are hardworking, collaborative team players.
