Clubhouse Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting the Clubhouse leadership team in all Clubhouse Operations to include but not limited to Locker Room, Men's Grill, Range House, Valet, Comfort Stations, Social Groups, and all 'on-course' food and beverage offerings.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, and a team player with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences. At least 3 years of resort, hotel, or club experience required. Prior Food and Beverage experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Knowledgeable in service, wine, and culinary techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the staff during lunch and dinner service in the Men's Grill.
• Supervise Social Group events with the oversight of Clubhouse Managers, ensure proper setup is executed and that Members receive highest levels of service.
• Maintain high visibility in the clubhouse to receive members and guests and to ensure prompt, efficient and knowledgeable service.
• Assist Clubhouse Manager with all Banquet Operations including setup and breakdown of each event.
• Assist Clubhouse Manager with all golf operations as it pertains to food and beverage including regular golf groups and tournaments.
• Ensure appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness of all clubhouse facilities, to include the locker rooms, Range House, comfort stations, back of house and storage areas by walking the member experience. Ensure club is clean, welcoming, and presentable.
• Prepare and implement training programs for incoming employees, daily coaching, and develop follow-up training to create raving fan experiences for our members and guests.
• Responsible for the completion of all opening and closing duties for the day, and for all employees in areas of responsibility.
• Assist the Clubhouse Manager with training and developing the dining staff through ongoing education.
• Maintain open and clear communications with all departments to ensure all areas of responsibility operate in harmony with each other and with other departments within the Company
• Communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events, mountain wide in a professional and courteous manner. Direct feedback, questions, and comments to appropriate manager or department.
• Display hospitality and professionalism with our members, management, and co-workers.
• Take pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness of self and your area of responsibility.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and participate in food and beverage educational opportunities to continue expanding your knowledge.
• Responsible for maintaining all standard operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Required to be on feet for long periods of time.
• Required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
