Preventative Maintenance Technician II opening with a growing manufacturing organization in Piedmont. In this role, you’ll be working on the Preventive Maintenance Crew. Must have 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40! Perfect for someone taking classes with experience. Shift Schedule: Friday-Sunday 8pm-8am.

This role focuses on completing all preventive maintenance during plant downtime to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
• Excellent track record of carrying out Preventative Maintenance plans
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working at heights and in different plant environments.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Self-sufficient and reliable — able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.

Job Duties:
• Perform all scheduled preventive maintenance across the facility.
• Identify improvements and implement into Preventative Maintenance plan.
• Maintain and organize spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Self-manage time and take ownership of the PM plan.
• Keep the maintenance shop clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Communicate maintenance updates and needs clearly with team members.
• Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and confined space procedures.
