About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Technology Delivery & Execution to take on a pivotal role as the operational leader of its expanding technology organization. This senior director-level position is a unique opportunity to shape the operational framework of the entire technology division. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming technology strategy into tangible results, driving prioritization, governance, capacity planning, and delivery excellence. Key responsibilities include serving as the single point of accountability for technology delivery, leading and developing project management and delivery teams, and establishing a transparent delivery governance model. The role also involves continuous improvement of the technology operating model, AI enablement, and leading the practical application of AI-enabled operating practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, financial management, and a proven track record of building and improving technology operating models. Applicants for the Head of Technology Delivery & Execution role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive technology leadership experience, with a focus on large-scale delivery, PMO, portfolio management, or technology operations. The role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, operational rigor, and the ability to influence outcomes across both technology and business teams. The candidate must be adept at financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization, and have a background in leading and developing teams. Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, data-driven, and possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. They should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, yet capable of creating clarity and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
