Young's Plant Farm, Inc.
Young’s Plant Farm, a family-owned horticultural company, is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to oversee sales performance, retail execution, and customer relationships across western Louisiana. You will partner with big box retailers to improve merchandising standards and drive consistent garden center execution. Travel is required, with multiple store visits and overnight stays as needed to support territory goals and store teams.
