Schedule Shift: Days (06:30-15:00) Job Description As a Central Sterile Processing Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that surgical instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained. You will contribute to patient safety and optimal outcomes by adhering to established protocols and procedures. Responsibilities Clean and sterilize instruments per established guidelines. Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes. Inspect and assemble surgical instruments for procedures. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely instrument availability. Follow safety and infection control policies to ensure a sterile environment. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Certification in Central Sterile Processing. 3 or more years of experience in sterile processing. Preferred experience in a supervisor or manager role within SPD.
