Area Manager

We are looking to recruit an Area Manager for the Central East Area, supporting 24 locations covering South & West Yorkshire / North Nottinghamshire. Qualifications Proven experience in area or multi‑site management A strong track record of leading teams through change in a supportive and engaging way A commitment to leading through values, putting people at the heart of everything they do The ability to drive profitability within a charity retail environment through effective leadership, coaching and team engagement Responsibilities Lead and manage 24 shop locations in the Central East Area, develop and support shop teams during change, drive profitability in a charity retail setting, and ensure the club’s values are upheld across the team.
