Worship Leader
$44 per hourThe Summit Church
Description The Worship Leader assists the Worship Pastor in cultivating a life-giving, passionate, and skillful culture of worship at Summit Church ("Summit") through the spiritual and musical leadership of its various worship teams. This is a full-time position, up to but not exceeding 40 hours per week. The typical schedule will be flexible but will generally be as follows:
The 5 hours of flex time will provide flexibility to meet the varying demands of Generational Ministries, supporting ministry events, volunteer engagement, rehearsals, and responsibilities that extend beyond regular office hours. Responsibilities $44 Qualifications Required
• Minimum of 4 years leading worship w/ vocal and band experience in a local church.
• Associate's Degree or Certification in Worship Ministry.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be a member of Summit Church and sign the Lifestyle and Culture Agreement. Preferred
• Experience using DAW software for live performances and recording.
• Experience using ProPresenter software.
• Experience using MIDI for live performance and cross-device communication.
• Experience leading and coordinating a large team of volunteers in worship ministry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Ministry with a focus in worship.
- Sunday: 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Monday: 10 AM - 5 PM
- Tuesday: 10 AM - 5 PM, 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- Wednesday: 10 AM - 5 PM
- Thursday: 10 AM - 5 PM
- 5 additional hours of flex time
- Fridays and Saturdays off, except during special events
