Meaningful Work From Day One Manager, IT Business Partner & Process Transformation – Finance leads the hands‑on execution of process‑transformation projects and the automation of Accounting and Finance processes. The role develops and optimizes automation and process‑improvement initiatives, partners closely with the Director of IT Business Partnership and Process Transformation, and collaborates with global stakeholders to reengineer processes using a broad range of automation and analytical toolkits. The Manager also independently drives IT implementations related to Accounting and Finance, and develops advanced Accounting analytics with modern technology to ensure accuracy and provide insightful explanations of results. What You Can Expect Business Partnering : Actively collaborate with Global Accounting, Production Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and IT resources; accelerate the organization’s process‑transformation journey; deliver compelling presentations to key Finance/Accounting leaders; develop and present robust business cases, including cost/benefit analyses, risk assessments, and rationales for preferred solutions. Process Transformation : Independently research, analyze, and develop solutions to address inefficient processes; gain deep understanding of end‑to‑end processes across global functions; manage expectations; create innovative automation solutions; conduct detailed feasibility assessments; develop detailed process maps; document business requirements; establish implementation plans, timelines, metrics; champion process‑transformation awareness; evaluate ROI of business cases involving technical development. Digital Enablement : Serve as a primary expert and lead implementer of process‑improvement technologies; possess extensive knowledge of various tools; contribute to governance models, understand IT connection points, manage licensing, oversee control mechanisms, guide best practices for internal/external developers, conduct thorough testing & QA, manage change, and ensure comprehensive documentation; leverage modern platforms such as advanced automation, robotic process automation, ERP systems, and data‑visualization tools; continually evaluate, manage, and update existing automated processes; engage with technology providers; act as key contact for third‑party vendors. Project Management : Serve as a hands‑on project manager for Accounting‑related IT enhancements and implementation projects; develop detailed plans; conduct risk assessments and cost/benefit analyses; present findings to senior management; use project‑management tools to develop timelines, track performance, provide status reports, maintain issue logs, lead regular status meetings. Guidance & Change Management : Develop and deliver user training on new processes; apply strong change‑management skills to ensure user acceptance; provide technical guidance and foster the development of others in process‑improvement development while maintaining best‑practice standards. What You Bring to the Table Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 5‑6 years of experience in Accounting, IT, and/or process transformation. Certification: CPA. Prior experience in digital finance/auditing transformation or business process optimization programs. Demonstrated ability to analyze and lead technology‑enabled process‑improvement activities that meet business requirements and adhere to IT standards. Proven experience in business process optimization, including architecture, mapping, and modeling best practices. Experience taking a global perspective. Conceptual understanding and practical application of automation tools, including robotic process automation, and other components within the process‑transformation toolkit. Experience applying standard process‑improvement tools and techniques. Strong project‑management background or demonstrable examples of leading complex projects. Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., SAP). A highly creative problem solver. Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and collaboration skills. Superior analytical skills. Proactively identifies issues and opportunities. Forward‑thinking mindset, continuously exploring recent technology trends.
