The Role As an Emergency Veterinarian at WVRC Kenosha, you will: Manage a wide variety of small animal ER cases and make independent clinical decisions. Have the opportunity to perform ER surgeries and expand your skillset. Thrive in a high-impact environment where your expertise directly improves patient outcomes. We're looking for veterinarians who: Are internship-trained or have at least 2 years of ER experience. Feel comfortable managing high caseloads and working independently. Senior Associate Track (Optional) For experienced ER doctors seeking leadership and mentorship opportunities, our Senior Associate Track allows you to: Lead the ER Immerse Training Program for new graduates. Shape in-hospital CE and collaborate with Ethos Clinical Learning & Development. Model best practices and guide complex cases on the floor. Support hospital growth, recruiting efforts, and build relationships with local referring veterinarians.
