The client is hiring Utility Operators to work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting safe and efficient operations of equipment and utility systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience operating utility systems preferred
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies

Key Responsibilities

Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently
Perform groundwork and general labor tasks
Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed
Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency
Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies
Assist with additional duties as required
