Project Manager (Intern)

What you'll do?

Support the administrative, technical, and financial tracking of assigned projects, from award to completion.

• Help ensure delivery stays inside the SOW's contractual commitments, under the Project Manager's guidance.
• Track progress against the committed date and budget, and flag risks early enough to act on them.
• Take an active hand in shaping project deliverables, bring judgment, not just checklists.
• Own the quality and timeliness of the deliverables and documentation assigned to you.
• Communicate directly with subject-matter experts, clients, and other stakeholders on your assigned projects, as directed by the Project Manager .

What we're looking for?

• 1–2 years of prior experience working as a Project Manager Intern , ideally on client-facing or delivery-driven projects.
• Pursuing an MBA with a focus in Project Management .
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with real deadlines.
• Can manage your own workload, multi-task, and prioritize without being told twice.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, you spot the gap before someone else has to point it out.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate.
• High organizational rigor and attention to detail.
• Works well under pressure and holds the deadline.
• Comfortable operating autonomously.
• Confident, professional client-facing communication.
• Sharp time-management and analytical skills.
