Job Description

A well-established manufacturing organization in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide hands-on support for employees and leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports employee relations, onboarding, HR documentation, timekeeping, payroll processes, benefits, and compliance. The HR Generalist will work closely with operational leaders to address workforce needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Experience using Kronos/UKG and ADP is important for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance to employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, employee relations, and workplace concerns
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, employee documentation, record maintenance, and offboarding activities
• Support timekeeping, attendance, payroll, employee data, and HR processes using Kronos/UKG and ADP
• Assist with benefits administration, leave programs, workers' compensation, compliance, audits, and HR reporting
• Partner with leadership to address workforce needs, investigations, coaching, corrective action, and other employee-related matters

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous HR Generalist or similar hands-on human resources experience
• Hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG and ADP
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR practices, and employment compliance
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Manufacturing, distribution, or other high-volume workforce experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and occasionally support employee or operational needs outside standard business hours

The base pay range for this position is $34-$38 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
