Graphic Designer (On-Site)

Job Title: Graphic Designer | Location: Wynwood, FL | Reports to: Creative Director | Department: Sales & Marketing | Job Type: Full-Time/Salaried We are searching for a passionate Graphic Designer to design digital and print assets, creating ephemera that elevates our brand and builds lasting connections with our audience. Our designers work in our creative studio in Wynwood, a space equipped with the tools and freedom to develop and execute ideas. The role offers a chance to see concepts come to life and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating visual content for social media, email campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials. Support the design team in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop engaging visuals for campaigns and product launches. Build and design responsive, high‑performing emails in Klaviyo, including animation, GIF usage, dynamic product pulls, and personalization. Edit and prepare images and graphics for web and print use. Stay current with design trends relevant to cannabis, wellness, lifestyle branding, and regulatory considerations. Organize and manage design files and assets. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams. Assist with store openings and building physical displays. Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Two years of professional design experience, including internships or freelance work. Portfolio showcasing creative work, preferably with lifestyle or cannabis‑related themes. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Monday.com, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Experience with video editing and GFX (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Familiarity with web design tools (Figma, WordPress). Experience with Klaviyo or other email platforms and building dynamic, engaging emails. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. Reliable punctuality and professionalism. Ability to take direction and work collaboratively. Willingness to learn and teach others. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job. Preferred Skills Familiarity with cannabis culture. Experience with 3D modeling (Blender, SketchUp, Cinema4D).
