General Production

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Production to join their team. As a General Production worker, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Kernersville, NC

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: First shift: 7am-3:15pm (with overtime starting at 5am); Second shift: 3:15pm-11:30pm (with overtime until 1:30am)

What's the Job?

• Report quality issues or equipment defects to the line operator promptly.
• Perform quality checks and visually inspect tubes before packing.
• Review palletizing specifications and follow detailed instructions.
• Apply labels accurately to cases and ensure correct quantities are packed.
• Obtain corrugated supplies from staging areas and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous experience operating high-speed equipment preferred.
• Good counting skills and ability to read instructions and labels.
• Ability to read tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
