Wiley's Finest Brand Specialist - CPG Natural Products Industry (Supplements) The Brand Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining the Wiley's Finest brand across consumer touch points through content development, brand stewardship, creative project coordination, and storytelling initiatives. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director to ensure brand consistency, strengthen consumer engagement, and support marketing and commercial objectives. This position reports to the Creative Director What you'll be doing: Serve as a brand steward by reviewing consumer-facing materials and content for alignment with established brand standards, messaging, and visual identity. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging brand assets and content that support marketing and commercial objectives. Ensure brand consistency in all creative assets and content produced. Execute and maintain the Wiley's Finest brand identity across digital, retail, packaging, and promotional channels, ensuring consistency with established brand standards. Create and coordinate brand storytelling content that communicates the unique value, benefits, and mission of Wiley's Finest to target audiences. Coordinate the development of photography, video, graphic design, and other creative assets while ensuring alignment with brand standards and project objectives. Advise on optimizations to content creation processes and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient content delivery. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats, providing recommendations to support ongoing brand and content development. Execute brand messaging across consumer touch points, ensuring content effectively communicates product benefits, brand values, and consumer lifestyle relevance. Analyze content and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, content effectiveness, and brand consistency. What we're looking for: Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, communications, or related marketing roles. Consumer-packaged goods (CPG), health, wellness, food, or related industries experience preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work across digital and traditional channels, with an emphasis on consumer-driven content. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and content creators to deliver high-quality brand assets and content. Strong experience with print and digital design processes including photography, video production, and digital design tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned copy. Strong understanding of brand identity, visual communication principles, consumer behavior, and content development best practices. Experience coordinating photography, video, design, or content production projects from concept through completion. Experience managing content calendars, asset libraries, or digital asset management systems preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure consistency across brand messaging, visual assets, and consumer-facing communications. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion. Location: We prefer someone who can work onsite in our New Albany, OH office on a hybrid basis. We will consider remote candidates located in the US only in the following states: Ohio, New Jersey, California, Oregon, and Virginia. Travel Requirements: Intermittent travel to visit customers, suppliers, vendors, industry trade shows, training events and conferences will be required. Attendance of all industry trade shows at which Wiley’s Finest is an exhibitor is expected. Regular travel is not expected to exceed ten (10) business days per year. Working Hours: This is a standard salaried position with normal working hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday totaling approximately 2080 hours per year. Intermittent after-hours and weekend work will be required from time to time, especially in relation to travel and trade show support, and to prepare or revise documents or material for sales meetings with customers.
