Learn more about Olympic Steel at iamolympicsteel.com.This position is responsible for quality assurance checks and inspections on manufactured parts.Responsibilities:Complete inspections and sort materials that are able to be re-processedReview defective materialComplete calibrations and visual quality assurance assessmentsCoordinate with quality assurance team for customer and supplier claimsAssist with quality auditsPay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hourQualifications:Knowledge of divisional machining processes and capabilitiesKnowledge of divisional manufactured parts & customer baseExperience working with stainless steel materials and processing preferredKnowledge of gage calibration systems and gage calibrationsHigh level of attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience on Company production floor or a similar environmentWhy Work for Olympic Steel:Medical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid holidays and vacation401(k) with employer matchTuition reimbursement & Employee Discount ProgramsReferral programWe offer more than a competitive total compensation package.
