Global VP, External Communication

For our client, we are seeking a Global VP External Communication to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Food & Beverages environment. Location: Mclean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $284,000 – $390,500 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive reputation plan for the company, Incorporated Deliver engaging external communications across corporate channels Equip and position senior leaders to represent the company externally Develop media materials and manage news distribution effectively Enable global storytelling opportunities for the company, Incorporated Build and execute social and digital strategies aligned with communication objectives Prepare and navigate crises through proactive engagement with Public Affairs Qualifications Relevant degree in journalism, communication or similar Minimum 15 years' experience in corporate affairs with a focus on reputation management Strong experience in digital media and difficult issues management Experience in sustainability communications is a plus Proven track record in managing agencies, contracts, and budgets Benefits Medical and dental benefits Participation in 401k plan Paid time off benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
