Project Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise Shared Services and HR Technology initiatives within a large IT organization. This individual will lead projects focused on employee benefits platforms and programs, including retirement and equity-related offerings. The ideal candidate has experience partnering with benefits vendors such as Fidelity and managing initiatives involving ESP, RSP, and ESPP programs. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, requirements gathering, and coordination across HR, Benefits, Payroll, and IT teams. Candidates should have experience driving system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or process improvement efforts in a complex enterprise environment. Strong communication skills, Agile/Waterfall project delivery experience, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously are required. Experience with HRIS, benefits administration systems, and vendor management is highly preferred.
