Registered Nurse, Acute Care Rehabilitation

UCHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for acute care rehabilitation on the night shift in Colorado. Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care by assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring progress toward recovery goals. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members to coordinate treatment, support safe transitions, and educate patients and families. Document care accurately and respond to changing clinical needs. Join a nonprofit health system known for teamwork, innovation, academic medicine, and professional development. Help patients regain function and independence while contributing to a respectful, diverse, and collaborative workplace. Active RN licensure and BLS certification are required; relevant acute care or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
