About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Manufacturing and Mobility organization. This pivotal role involves serving as a trusted advisor and proxy for the Corporate Vice President, leading the executive office, and driving the day‑to‑day business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing operational strategy, managing the business rhythm, and ensuring the organization’s AI transformation agenda is at the forefront. This includes championing responsible AI and Copilot adoption, as well as modeling AI‑forward ways of working. The Chief of Staff will also be deeply involved in executive communications, external engagement, and will play a key role in driving organizational health and culture. The Chief of Staff will be expected to lead through others, create clarity in ambiguity, and be a driving force behind the organization’s AI transformation. Qualifications Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably a Master’s degree, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or related roles. The ideal candidate will have a team‑first approach, be outcome‑driven, and possess a strong AI‑forward mindset. Extreme discretion, influence, and a proven track record in people management are essential.
