The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed warehouse and logistics organization, and we are seeking a skilled & experienced Warehouse Handler at their Carbondale, CO location.
As a Warehouse Handler, you will play a vital role in the efficient flow of warehouse operations within, climate-controlled environment. You’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods accurately while helping maintain inventory integrity and supporting supply chain operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where safety, reliability, and attention to detail are valued.
You'll collaborate with coworkers and leadership to achieve daily goals, meet deadlines, contribute to operational success, and ensure products reach customers on time.

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Safely load, unload, transport, and store materials using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse locations to maximize efficiency, accessibility, and space utilization
- Pick, prepare, package, and stage customer orders for shipment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following established housekeeping and safety standards
- Perform routine inventory counts and assist with inventory audits, reporting any discrepancies promptly
- Partner with team members and supervisors to support daily operations, solve challenges, and meet productivity goals
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift operator certification.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Physical strength & stamina throughout the day to move products safely and efficiently while maintaining productivity
- Attention to detail to ensure shipment accuracy, organized inventory, and error-free order fulfillment
- Experience in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, supports safe and effective material handling
- Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration skills help foster a positive environment and ensure operational goals are achieved
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse technology

Shift Schedule:
- Full-time (typically 40 hours/week)
- Shifts may vary based on operational needs (day, early morning, or evening shifts)
- Occasional overtime may be required
