275K base PLUS Productivity bonus based on RVU'S and experience BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Preferred start date of August 2026 See patients in the SNF setting Full-time permanent Monday thru Friday 40-hour schedule. No weekends No nights No phone call NP will take call To see 25 patients per day RVU bonus above 25 patients each additional patient is paid based on the RVU-based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.
