What You'll Do Help customers with orders, questions and problem-solving Work closely with the sales, operations and accounting teams Process orders, payments and customer information accurately Build great relationships with customers and provide excellent service Assist with inventory, reporting and special projects Jump in wherever needed during the busy season What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service or office experience Friendly, professional and great with people Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable with basic accounting and numbers Good Excel and computer skills Sage experience is a big plus Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table One important note: This business has a busy season! Some evening and Saturday overtime is required September through November.
