Quick Facts:

- Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Hours/Week: 40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Certifications: BLS required, valid Kansas PT license
- Experience: Prior outpatient and inpatient therapy experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: Base pay $37.86/hour, commensurate with experience
- Per diem/Additional Differential: Not specified
- Benefits: Up to $2,500 relocation allowance (receipts required), sign-on bonus ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 (paid upon hire and after 1–3 years of service)

What You'll Do:
- Provide outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing unit therapy services
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapy interventions aligned with patient needs
- Document patient progress accurately in Meditech or similar charting systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to hospital policies and scrub attire guidelines
What You Need:
- Valid Kansas Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or ARC)
- Degree: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy
- Experience: Prior relevant clinical experience preferred but not required
- Key Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused care
