Quick Facts:

• Location: Liberal, KS
• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Hours/Week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Certifications: BLS required, valid Kansas PT license
• Experience: Prior outpatient and inpatient therapy experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: Base pay $37.86/hour, commensurate with experience
• Per diem/Additional Differential: Not specified
• Benefits: Up to $2,500 relocation allowance (receipts required), sign-on bonus ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 (paid upon hire and after 1–3 years of service)

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing unit therapy services
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions aligned with patient needs
• Document patient progress accurately in Meditech or similar charting systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to hospital policies and scrub attire guidelines

What You Need:

• Valid Kansas Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or ARC)
• Degree: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy
• Experience: Prior relevant clinical experience preferred but not required
• Key Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused care
