Booking Agent - Experiential Marketing & Events

This is a home-based position. Shift is from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Arizona Time, with open availability outside of office hours to respond to clients and talent members when needed. Book and Manage Talent: Source and secure the best promotional staff for events nationwide. Coordinate and confirm bookings, manage schedules, and ensure talent is prepped and ready for each assignment. Client & Talent Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with both our internal teams and our talent pool. You’ll be the point of contact, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination at all stages of the process. Post-Event Evaluation: After each event, evaluate the performance of staff, process feedback, and ensure all paperwork is in order. Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple bookings and tasks at once; nothing slips through the cracks. Event Experience: While not required, previous experience in event management, recruitment, or talent booking is a plus. Qualifications and Required Skills Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred. 1–3 years of booking, events, or marketing experience. Effective communication with colleagues in a diverse, positive, culture-centered work environment. Capacity to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and complex tasks in a fast-paced setting, along with attention to detail, time management, persistence, and follow-through. Excellent computer skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent problem-solving skills.
