Shift Manager Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Prior leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule. Passion for fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
